Although our documents were notarized, Melissa did not communicate that we would not be meeting with her but her co-worker. Her co-worker stated that Melissa gave her the wrong time of the appointment so we had to wait about 20 minutes outside until I was able to get ahold of someone. After giving her co-worker the agreed upon payment and left. Melissa called me to let me know there was an extra $50 needed due to it being done on a weekend. I stated this was not communicated when I made the appointment and that I specifically asked what the amount would be. She then argued that she "definitely" said it because "she would have not made an appointment otherwise."

Mellisa is very knowledgeable, professional, great hospitality. On a scale of one to ten, ten being best, I give her a 15. She goes out of her way to help you. Makes you feel very comfortable.
