Nobody wants to hit a snag in a relationship that requires a mediator, but when we found ourselves in that situation, Dave was a lot of help. His calm and professional approach made a difficult conversation much more manageable. Dave listened carefully to both sides, helped us navigate our differences, and ultimately guided us to a fair resolution. While I wish we hadn't needed mediation, I’m so grateful for the expertise. I would recommend Dave if you find yourself in need of a neutral and skilled mediator.

Dave and his staff have been incredible in a very long-term and difficult divorce situation. He has gone above and beyond to try to reach out and try to get my wife to come to the table on multiple occasions, showing that they care about getting to solutions for families and not "nickel-and-diming" anyone. He and his staff have been providing supervision and observation for visits with my kids for about 18 months now. At first I was nervous but very quickly it seemed like he (and the other staff) weren't even there--as if it was just the kids and I. My young kids are very comfortable with everyone at the Mediation Center, and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Level-headed, caring, flexible, accommodating. Everything you could hope for if you're going through a contentious and complex family situation.

This was superb. My wife and I felt in good hands. All party's were welcoming. I did not feel like they chose a side. They were looking out for both sides. I would recommend it if you need to split. The team here is amazing! Thank you for everything!

Dave was very helpful and fair when it came to getting my property back from my ex who was being more than difficult and petty. He made sure I could walk away with a fair decision without being bled financially as my ex tried to do. I am satisfied with his decisions and overall process during mediation and arbitration.

David and the mediation center were wonderful to work with though our divorce mediation process! From our first email correspondence, to our sit-down meeting, he was attentive, kind and helpful.

No questions were left unanswered, and the entire process was smooth and simple. He explained every detail of our paperwork and helped us to divide our assets in a way we could both agree on.

His level of professionalism, his positive outlook and reassuring level of knowledge made the two of us comfortable in what I know for a fact could have been a much more stressful and rigorous process.

I am a father of a 5 year old boy that does not know I am his Dad. Dave Mcdonald has been very helpful and extremely flexible with me. I currently live is AZ, so it cost a lot to fly to VA and see my son knowing this Dave made it as easy and affordable as possible to hang out and get to know my son on my last day we went to his house and fished I thought that was very nice of Dave to do that, knowing he didn't have to. He finished his review of me in a timely manner and it was great he had very good ideas on how to let my son know I am his father. I also attended his co-parenting class it was a two hour class and I learned a lot of useful information from it. I believe with Dave's help my relationship with my son will only get better.
