The Firm did not hesitate and reached out within hours to see how they could help. Facing a tragic situation, the most difficult time in my life; I contacted a Law firm aware that they could not handle the case, yet the Firm called during a time of need to help me, this was a blessing.

As I deal with the most difficult time of my life, I reached out for help, people like me do not like asking for help, we like to help others. I realized in this case, A “help call” was needed. McNicholas & McNicholas answered that call.

I have worked as an expert with the firm for almost 10 years. What intrigued me most was their appreciation of advance knowledge in medical sciences, accident reconstruction, and biomechanics and biodynamics principles and therefore they are able to litigate a case with enormous strength. They are able to expose technical deficiencies in opposing experts' theories and are able to use their own experts' scientific analysis to convince the jury of the nature and seriousness of their client's injuries. What is most impressive is that they are able to explain the most complicated scientific analysis in easy to understand concepts, without losing the rigor of their experts' analyses. Additionally, at trial, their questions are brief and to the point and this allows the jury to focus on the key issues in the case.

It’s so nice to see how people from the other California fires have such fantastic reviews. I wish I could give even similar reviews from the Tubbs fire perspective. It seems that they took on far too much than they can handle with fires as the Tubbs was one of the first of many yet they barely take care of us. Unfortunately they have been less than prompt and have drawn out a very traumatic experience. 2017 is 7 years ago now and I am still asking for updates on my settlement. I am lucky if I get an update every 6 months or so. You never know who your case manager is as they are never consistent. They do however let you know they have your money for months then make you beg to deposit it. Very slow and draining process for how much they make off of our cases. For instance they let you know they are holding your funds and ready to deposit them, then they never send over any documents until you contact them many times, then after you sign it takes the company they picked another month to send out the funds. INSANE. I’ve been involved in 2 other settlements and this has been by far the worst managed. I feel horrible for the victims of this that still have yet to receive any funds. I hope this team can redeem themselves but my expectations are low.

They represented me on the creek fire mass action lawsuit. Took years to deal with, countless emails, always asking for more info, photos whatever. All that was to bleed the money out of the settlement. I was told my settlement amount last month and then they deducted 30% and fees. Left me with little to nothing. Absolutely dishonorable.
