Tim Mahoney is respected in Kane county court rooms and Alex is good but the rest of the firm is like the Brady bunch, I paid
$16,300 for some emails to go back and forth,
Tim had to hold his team up from constant mental breakdowns.
They railroaded my friend also with a child custody case. Girl took off to Colorado with the kids and they couldn’t even help the father get his kids back and after taking his money quit on him,
In conclusion criminal cases they are good and family law one star.

Remarkable attorney. Alex Bederka knows what he is doing and is extremely thorough and detailed. I came to him after several reccomendations and was worried about the facts of my case affecting my ability to not only remain out of jail, but keep me employed. In less than 6 weeks. Alxe is a rip off charge me more then 20k and it only went up from there. More then a year later and still nothing no motions not action dude is a joke, fire him and on my next court day upon getting him fire my new attorney made everything happen with no issue. Alex promise that what I was requesting was not possible. His lazy and I won’t recommend him at all. Takes more cases he can handle

Alex Bederka and Tim Mahoney are the absolute best attorneys out there. I hired Alex to help my son with numerous cases due to false allegations. He’s a straight-shooter, professional and doesn’t make promises he can’t keep. Everything played out exactly as he stated; he never overcommitted, but still nailed it. To label him an elite attorney would be an understatement! You can’t go wrong here. Clerical staff isn’t the best but it worth looking past.
