I was rear ended and I contacted McGee Lerer & Associates the next day. The process was super simple and I did everything by text, e-mail and phone, I never went in person to their office until it was time for me to pick up our checks (Which they could’ve mailed but I work 10 min away from their Santa Monica office so I felt safer going in person). Also, if you don’t like talking on the phone, they can answer questions over text and you can text them pictures of the accident and whatever other document might be needed. Denise Medina was great at answering all my questions. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

What a sigh of relief in a stressful situation.
I called the number after hours (8pm) and expected to leave a voicemail. Katherine answered and I’m so glad she did. The situation we are in is extremely stressful for my wife and I. We had no idea who to call or what to do next. Calling attorneys for us “normal people” can be intimidating so having someone like her on the other end was such a relief. Everyone should definitely stop looking at the old played-out “accident attorney billboards” we all see and pass on the freeways. Back to back billboards of the same person and yet I have not heard of anyone in my circle of friends referring me to them for a consultation or that they’ve been with them.
It will be 100 times better and easier to reach out to McGee, Lerer & Associates!!
As soon as you call you get greeted with confirmation and security that you have just made the right decision to go straight to them after an accident. It feels like home! Their professionalism, communication and dedicated hard work is what continues to do it for me.

I am very glad I chose Maria and her team to help me with me and my sister car accident case. They were very respectful and responsive when we had questions. They helped us with what we needed as medical bills. Also, made sure that we went to physical therapy after our crash and made us get what we needed and the best part is that they reduce those medical bills. I was in an accident late last year and didn't know what to do. I called McGee, Lerer and Associates and spoke to Catherine for my consultation. She was very nice, very informative, and put my mind at ease. Nick was the one that helped with my case and they took care of everything so I didn't have any stress and I was able to focus on recovering. They replied in a timely manner to every question I had and contacting them was easy and stress free each time. I was rear ended on my way home from work in October of last year. I had just bought my car a couple days prior and when it happened I was absolutely devastated and didn't know what to do. It was a 3 car accident so it was a bit more complicated than usual. I knew dealing with 3 desperate parties and their insurance companies was going to be difficult. I found McGee Lerer & Associates online and gave them a call the next day after letting my head clear. As soon as I spoke with Catherine, I knew i had made the right call. They literally handled everything. Catherine and her assistant Danielle were the two I corresponded with the most and they were both so nice, respectful, helpful and understanding about my situation. I know this firm handles larger cases, but never once did they make me feel like my case was less. Catherine had me in a loaner vehicle in just 2 days and set up with chiropractic treatment shortly after. They even offered to lower some of their attorney fees for my case when all was said and done! They really made a terrible situation much easier to manage and I'm forever grateful and happy that I gave them a call. Hopefully I am never rear ended again or in a similar situation, but if I ever am, I would not hesitant for one single second to give them a call. This is the best law firm around.
