Mr. Mays was consistently slow in returning phone calls. He charged exorbitant rates for his services while the executor of the estate did 90% of the actual work on the case. His accounting initially missed a $2,000 payment to him. He finally did the last work on the case after being "virtually" screamed at by the executor. Why are Quincy officials referring bereaved families to him? That deepens the pain of these families.
