Mays & Associates, Inc. American Family Insurance is worth the money more specifically for the "Mays & Associates" part. Don't get me wrong, American Family Insurance is great but more specifically Heston Mays is why AmFam is worth it for me. His work ethic, personality, and willingness to problem solve is top notch. If you need insurance, I urge you to see what they can do for you! AmFam Consider giving Heston a 25% raise!

I would give it a zero if I could. I been a loyal customer to this insurance company for over FIVE years. I have always made my payments on time. I switch jobs and they can’t give me five days when I talked to a representative last week and she told me it was fine wouldn’t be a problem ect. Then they don’t even call me. They call the car company I pay for a vehicle through. So I don’t even know I’m not covered because the representative said I was good. I found out by my car company callin me talkin about takin my car cuz my insurance isn’t valid anymore. Mind u I’m paying 368$ for full coverage on one vehicle. So I called AllState and I got the SAME exact insurance coverage for 174$ a month. Make it make sense. There over charging people. Tremendously I was shocked when they gave me a price that low being as I’ve always paid American family. Go somewhere else they do not care about there clients and are over charging. 👎

(American Family Insurance) for going on 19 yrs now, I have my home and auto bundled, they have really good rates and excellent coverage. The staff is great, down to earth and friendly. They've always answered my questions over the years with expertise and professionalism. I guess you could say their kinda like family...👍👍
