Pete Wells was recommended to me by someone that knows attorneys in town. I went to him for a second opinion on my case after my first attorney did something that wasn’t supposed to be done and then never answered my calls or emails. I explained what happened, he looked at my case and was very straight forward and honest about what could and couldn’t be done. I loved the fact that he told me right from the beginning that we could fight the mistake that had been done but the outcome didn’t look so favorable for me and I’d be spending about 7,500.00 that he didn’t think was in my best interest. I decided not to spend that much for something that most likely would be a waste of money for myself. I appreciated his honesty and him not telling me we could do something just to get money in his pocket. We followed up with something else the court never dismissed and I must say I loved the way Pete negotiated and didn’t back down or tried to make me agree to something that was not in my best interest. I regret not knowing of him when I first initiated my divorce. Pete didn’t let the other party beat around the bush (like my old attorney did) and got things done in such a timely manner that we were done with this case within a month. Not only that but he even managed to get me reimbursed for my attorneys fees from the other party. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from him. He and his secretary always made sure to keep me up to date with everything that was going on and as soon as I sent an email I would get a response. The moment I needed to talk to Pete about anything he would pick up my calls or call me back as soon as he could. Overall I am very extremely satisfied with Pete’s professionalism, honesty, and dedication to the case I trusted him with. I highly recommend Pete to everyone and anyone who is looking for a great lawyer that is not afraid to fight for what you want and get things done right from the begging. Not only is he a great lawyer but a great guy who just makes you feel comfortable wether it’s at his office or while at court. I would not recommend this law office to anyone. We did our custody case through them they feed us a bunch lies about how are court papers worked. The attorney that did our case was new and told us a lot of things that were not true. I went in with my husband to get better understanding of how the paperwork read. We were talk to like where supposed to know how to read the documents. Needless to say the attorney was arrogant and rude.
