Mata-Hill was a terrific advisor and resource during my recent efforts to sell land in Virginia.

We used Mr.Hill for advice on a commercial real estate lease, our will and trust and handling of a contract with owner financing for our daughter.

Matta and Hill was chosen by our POA community to represent us in an easement dispute. They were chosen by the POA members because they were local and had experience in property and boundary matters.
