Erin was the court appointed GAL in my case and sided with my abusive narcissistic ex. Luckily, the judge in the case did not listen to her and I was able to retain residential custody of my kids after over two years and tens of thousands of dollars spent. She acted the entire time like she was on the side of me and my kids. Do not trust her. If she cannot see abuse, she is not fit to be a GAL. Beware of her.

We found Anthony after nearly a year of one road-block after another and no one seeming to know what we could do to get our son back after his mother kidnapped him from Germany. Not only did Anthony take our case, he took our call from the beach while on a family vacation and got what we needed filed just in time for the Hague Convention to apply. Truthfully, we were losing hope that there was anything we could legally do and feeling disregarded by those we'd asked for help before finding him, but Anthony and Erin got into the trenches with us and fought to bring our son home. Erin was assigned guardian ad litem in our custody case. We were trying to move my nephew out of a bad environment. We shared texts, phone records, voice messages and numerous accounts from family members, against the other sides' pure heresay and quick house cleaning. Erin favored the other side. Now my heart breaks as I watch my nephew suffer in his environment every day. Everything about my 8 year old is different; he is barely a kid anymore and the thought of repairing the psychological damage he's enduring right now feels impossible.

We trusted that Erin would be careful about her judgement of a child in danger, but I honestly feel she was easily manipulated by my mentally ill sister. We lost faith in the justice system after this case. I don't recommend this lawyer because my honest opinion is that she is not careful or serious enough with other people's lives. She didn't even respond to an email with evidence she requested, leaving me to feel guilty wondering if I should have pestered her and if it could have made a difference in my nephew's life. Overall, I think she's unprofessional and a HUGE gamble if your case isn't completely straight forward.

I am definitely reviewing the right Erin— this law firm has so little compassion or care for the children they ruin that they’re willing to say anything to stay in business. A decent person would change careers after hearing this
