The reason I'm writing a review because Mason's paralegalMade me lose in court I ask a certain paperwork to be put on my declaration to be submitted and they made me lose in court because they did not use the proper paperwork on the decoration then I tried to ask for a continuance and she tried to charge me $250 to request a continuance would something like that could be done free and then she charged me $450 to file the paperwork with the courts when she knows doing covid and pandemic in the filing the paperwork is free so unprofessional just really let me down I wasted 950 bucks on her and her staff she's never there she don't answer the phone she do text messaging all day long we just so unprofessional and just like never used Macy's paralegal out of Temecula

She cost me thousand's in sanctions because she did not understand the rules of trial and I would not trust her with anything but the simplest of cases that do not involve court. She is not supposed to give legal advice so please keep that in mind.

My mother went to Brenda Mason over 3 years ago. Brenda was unable to handle the complexity of her divorce so she went elsewhere. We were told by Brenda that if we decided to take on other help her deposit would be refunded. It’s been 3 years, and she HAS NOT received her full refund. I would not recommend Brenda Mason to anyone going through or filing for divorce.
