Mary was my real estate attorney for a house I just purchased in Connecticut. At the start of the transaction, it seemed like a straight forward deal with no hiccups. But the day before the closing, the sellers wanted to back out. Oh boy! Mary was fierce but professional. I was concerned for a drawn out legal battle but with her persistence, logic and legal knowledge, we were able to close and I did so just a few days ago!!!
