I regret using Eric for my daughter's divorce. In my opinion he did nothing in her favor. It was like he was representing her ex and not her. She paid dearly monetarily and re custody issues. And his rates were not inexpensive. Also, in my opinion, he had no interest in truly helping her and lacked judgement, empathy, and a work ethic. I would not recommend his services.

I met with Eric Martinelli several weeks ago after meeting with other lawyers about my child custody dispute. I could tell right away that Eric was different. He didn't charge me for the meeting and he didn't rush me. He answered all of my questions and was very polite. In the two weeks that he has been my lawyer, he has been forceful with the other lawyer when it was needed, but not to the point of creating unnecessary fights. I have been very pleased with the way he has handled my case.

Eric Martinelli is really as good as it gets. We wanted supervised visits for my grand baby for starters (which isn't easy to get) He told us up front what we can expect, and he got us exactly what we asked for, (child custody and visitation case) all aspects of it, he will tell you like it is, he won't just tell you what you want to hear. And he does it with grace. He treats you like a person, not just a client. He is extremely wise and knows his stuff. And he has class. He really is 2nd to none. He was honest from day 1, we went to 2 other attorneys before we found Eric and literally left both offices quite upset. When we found Eric we had hope, I know child custody (and divorce too) are emotional issues, and having Eric on your side will help.
