I am a realtor, referring clients to Bill and his team (Sara, Debbie, etc.) for years because they are efficient, accurate, very responsive, and an absolute pleasure to deal with every time. And I don't recommend them just because of how they deal with me, but they treat my clients superbly which is my main concern. For instance, Bill provides excellent advice when needed, quickly. As a plus, they are also less expensive than the many other settlement companies I've dealt with over the years.
