There really isn't much to say.. Alexis is great.. Unfortunately, the other side of the firm lacked integrity and professionalism. You never let a client's prior relationship with an employee that was hired after your case start to affect your clients case.. Immigration cases are serious.. They can change someone's life.. A client shouldn't have to leave because of high school drama...

Unfortunately, our visit to the lawyer's office did not meet our expectations due to a series of communication and service issues. When we arrived we werent greeted by the secretary, she didnt acknowledge us or initiate any form of welcome. She was occupied with another client, which we understood, but this led to a 10 minute delay in our scheduled 30-minute meeting. During which she never even looked our way.

When she was done with the other client, the secretary did not introduce herself or confirm our appointment details. Instead, she immediately inquired about payment for the fee. When I offered to pay by card, she informed us they only accept cash, which was unexpected as it was not communicated when we made the appointment. When we informed her, she just shrugged her shoulders.
This discrepancy caused further frustration, especially since we had taken time off and traveled to the office for the meeting.

In light of these interactions, which left us feeling unacknowledged and inconvenienced, we made the decision to leave without rescheduling. We had hoped to establish a closer professional relationship but feel the experience fell short of our expectations for client service and communication.

Ok ...how can I start this...I know Alexis and her wife since they take my case 7 years ago he just listen my problems and his wife tell me ..you don't worry we are going to fight and win this case...and few months later I have my permit to work in this country and then I have my green card...and now I back with him again because he bring me confidence and he is like a family but he is not...hahaha...and guess what happen...I'm a citizen of this country...
