Mark it truly an expert in his practice. I was facing some issues with my situation in which could have had a devastating impact on my rest of life. Many of them thought that my case was going to be very difficult . Somewhere not very confident in the outcome. Mr. Mark in the other hand was honest and supportive throughout the whole process. This lawyer's forte is to find the slightest difficulty in your case and blow it out of proportion in order to scare or discourage you from filing for a visa. At one point he mocked me in front of my spouse and asked if "they really wanted to be married to me". He will talk for an hour negatively and pretentiously and then take your $150 for the consultation. He is the prototypical lizard person lawyer. He previously worked for the US Government and he is on the side of the immigration and customs enforcement. He decides arbitrarily (based on your particular race) who should be a citizen and who should not. He creates a confrontational mood during the interview which I believe is a carefully planned tactic in order to finagle the consultation fee and not have to do any work. Avoid at all costs.
