I went there to use a computer to send some very important files, for some reason the files just would not send. One lady (black lady) did all that she could to help me out yet the files still would not send she asked a white lady at the front desk with drawn on eyebrows to help me. She never helped me even though I also had my four children with me ( one who is autistic) she only stood there looking at me with a hateful look as though I was nothing. I have never been so disgusted with someone’s attitude in all my life. I’m from Little Rock and have not been here very long but this lady is a poor representation of Lonoke!
