They took several months to finish even after saying it wouldn't be but a few more weeks. Then in the middle they changed lawyers and i don’t have a clue why. The new lawyer got it on a ball and got everything moving quicker. They will get the job done but it would help to have better communication throughout the whole process. I do recommend them because they will do what’s best for your situation and in the end help you out!

I was in a Basic Car accident and it's been over a year and a half. I had to do a lot of the Leg work. I asked them if they go the bill they said no from the physical therapy provider and I had to get it for them. I had to reach out and get a bunch of documents for them. What got me upset, was the fact they would tell me after I call to follow up. If I didn't call I wouldn't know what is going on. There was a lack in communication and I have to keep calling to find out the status.

My case isn't a big case thank God I wasn't badly hurt so I guess that is why I'm not put on the list of importance with this firm. I'm sure you will get better service if you have a bigger case but I just want my case wrapped up and it's taking to long with out any communication. I'm getting the sense they don't give a shot about my case because its small but I brought my case to them for a resolution and I'm not getting that.
