Let me BRAG on this place for a moment!!! Talk about friendly!!!! In my opinion the top of the top! They have a beautiful, clean, well organized,nicely decorated,and FUN library that you could spend hours in! There is usually a puzzle going, and internet space. Plenty of magazines and games of all sorts. A sale room to poke around in and occasionally free books outside! I have seen toothbrush, toothpaste, and make up samples set up...so you never know what to expect! They offer fun classes for kids and adults, and even a fishing pole rental!!! Hey I can go on All day! Just stop in and check it out. I am sure you will find it time well spent!!!

I love this place. It's fun to go to and the people who work there are super friendly and want to help if you need it. There's a large section of books to read from. It's a great place to take kids to get them to read. I've even read a couple books for kids before. There are movies to rent, romance novels (a lot of them), newspapers, magazines, manga, comics, and a lot more. I just wish they would stay open more.

Just moved here the beginning of January and I couldnt be more displeased with the service I've received trying to checkout items. It's been a run around and blocking quite a bit over the littlest things. The employees tell me one thing than decide to tell me another thing contradicting themselves.

Jan Lambert is a conniving person who should NOT be working there. She has no customer service, told me to shut up, that I had no say in the matter. I will be taking this higher. You shouldn't have a employee who doesnt know how to deal with upset but respectful customers

Here at the Malvern-HSC Public Library, they make available a wonderful selection of books, movies and online resources. Staff are helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. I especially appreciate the carousel of paperback novels available for checkout basically on an honor system, without even need for a library card.

I am ashamed to admit I haven't been here in years but it is BEAUTIFUL and has lots of technology. They are about to open a Teen Area with a GREEN SCREEN so they can make fun videos!
