I am so impressed with this business - they are a five-star business all-around. Carolyn and her staff and remarkably responsive and seem to take great pride in meeting the needs of their clients. I had to set up a very last-minute meeting that involved multiple people and moving parts. I ultimately had to cut down on the number of hours that I originally needed and Carolyn was very friendly and helpful, insisting on giving me a refund for the unused hours rather than giving me a credit for future use, which is what I suggested. The value of what we received in terms of the physical space and the personal service was outstanding. I highly recommend Main Street Office Center to anyone in need of off-site office space or a conference room.

We’ve been at Main Street Office Center for about two years. Carolyne and her staff are fantastic! They are highly professional, detail-oriented, and very responsive to emails and calls. The office spaces are charming with beautiful interior details. The location of the building is ideal (A coffee shop on one side and the Glastonbury library on the other). Additionally, Carolyne is an amazing business person/entrepreneur. The owner, Carolyn Gatesy, and the staff are always pleasant and helpful. It is conveniently located in downtown Glastonbury, and there is free parking on the street or in the parking lot. We love having our Biohabitats office at the Main Street Office Center! It is a great location, right on Main Street in the Center of all the activity, with so many outdoor restaurants to choose from and walking distance to almost everything we need. Donna at the front desk is always so much help and quickly responds to any of our administrative needs.
