Horrible Customer Service!!!
This is a very unprofessional business.

I have a co-worker that paid to over night a package and it has been over 2 weeks and Mailbag has no idea what has happened to it. They keep giving him the run around and blaming it on UPS. He has called UPS and they know nothing and have no record of picking up the package from Mailbag. First he was told they have to do an investigation and will file a claim in 24-48 hours. Meanwhile he has to keep calling to check. This should be the Mailbags job and part of the customer service to call him when he trusted them to take care of his package delivery. He calls and for days they do not answer like maybe they are closed but when he calls from another number they answer (suspicious). This is day 14 of waiting for an answer. He calls to find out the process of filing a claim for the insurance and was told he will have to buy the items again and submit receipts before they decide if they will cover the claim.

I went into Mailbag a few days after this took place to overnight a letter and witnessed the most cold, uncaring individual working with customers.

I will never use this place to do any of my business mailing again because of how they treat people.

I come here all the time and have never had a problem at all . I loved the 2 ladies that worked in there together all the time. I guess there are some new workers now . The girl answering the phone saying “mailbag” has no customer service at all. She would not answer any of my questions about MY packaging , as almost if she was just holding the phone and not saying anything. She hung up in my face multiple times. Once she realized it was still me calling back to get help she stopped answering the phone all together. I would’ve came inside to see who it was , but I’m at work.

Please don't use The Mail Bag on Stadium Drive for any of your business needs. The manager there is very rude. Paid my phone bill there, only to wake up this morning and not have service. The reason being that the guy there keyed in the wrong account number for my bill, and the rude manager there the female said it was nothing that they could do. I understand that noone is perfect. But don't be rude or nasty especially when it is your employee's fault. Maybe the manager just doesn't like people of color because I was already warned before hand that she was very rude and nasty. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS WHERE IT IS APPRECIATED. One star is definitely too much, a negative zero would be best! -0!

I live near by and would go Mail Bag from time to time for the post office is a little father. I patronize the business last week and encountered the same heavyset dark hair woman working the shipping window. She never smiles are greets me with a hello. I spent $40 In shipping my packages and didn’t get a thank you or anything. This has happened before with the same clerk. She’s very salty. I work hard for my money and would like to know they appreciate my business. I will have to drive a little further to the post office from now on at least I get a greeting and a Thank You.

Brianna is AWESOME!! I started my new job today without a computer that I had been waiting for delivery, so I called and she stated it had not been delivered to them. She then calls me back and said that she called their UPS driver and he is on his way to my house!! She is amazing to take that on herself!! Thanks again Brianna, ?super customer service!!

Today was my first day in and the staff is so friendly!!!! They have a drop box for prepaid packages which makes it super convenient. They print prepaid labels for free which is such a blessing because we’re temporarily out of our home and don’t have access to WiFi for our printer. I will use the Mail Bag for ALL of my shipping needs!!!

I took a package there paid $8 to send the package it never arrived at the destination. I end up having to pay the merchant for the lost merchandise which costed me $40. I Couldn’t find my receipt the employee at Mail Bag said it was nothing he could do. I was out of $48. I will not be patronizing the business again.
