I went there to pick up a western union and they tried to charge for it. I have never been charged to receive a western union. I left and went somewhere else. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WHEN IT COMES TO WESTERN UNION.

Ok so I had somewhat of an awkward experience at this location that had to do with some mailing stamps. They do have a minimum for debit cards/ credit. This wasn’t explained to me I had to ask and I didn’t see a sign. And the front desk older lady wasn’t that nice to me. HOWEVER I went to different location and lady was so helpful and nice. Because of her I changed my mind about doing business with mail America. God bless her. She was so nice and helpful. I don’t have hard feelings I want to leave bad stuff in the past. Thank you Mail America.

Absolutely love this little mom and pop shop. Always looking like hard worker bees every time I come in. Excellent customer service and amazing rates. Got my livescan done TWICE for two separate applications i submitted and drop off for fed ex. Spent less than 30 minutes with a full house in there. Way to go!

Went to this place last Thursday to purchase a money order my first time ever using my debit card. They have a sign posted telling consumers that money orders are $2; but nothing telling you about hidden fees, until you're about to pay. I ended up spending a total $12 for a money order which is an excessive amount of money; then to add insult to injury, guy working in there did not have the decency/courtesy to explain to me prior to purchasing this money order that they charge/penalize you for using your debit card to buy a money order nor did he thank me for my purcase. DO NOT PURCHASE A MONEY ORDER USING A DEBIT/CREDIT CARD HERE. There's alot of competition around with better service and unnecessary high charges.

Omg, I needed a notary services. But I was in another state. I needed to email a document to Mail America 2, located in Palmdale CA. I called. So, they really know what they are doing there. They were very patient with me, when I had to send the documents a couple of times, because I m not too computer savvy, but nonetheless they were sweet and very patient with me. And ,also they showed the same kindness and patience with my person, whom I needed to go sign and pick it up the document for me. It was a very stressful time and they didn't know all of my difficulties I had been experiencing in my life at that moment, but to receive good service is exactly what I needed . They really deserve some good recognition. Thank you so Mail America2.

Love this place. They have literally EVERYTHING! I haven’t found a need they don’t do. From paying bills, faxes or money orders. I’m sure they do like a million more things. The staff is always very nice and professional. I especially like when they play music. Makes the line go by soo much faster.
