Very unhelpful staff. After requesting the receipt of payment to be sent to my address and to the licensing department and receiving the verbal confirmation, the staff failed to do so. I was never notified of this information. Now I wasted 6 hours at the DMV on a ticket that was paid on time (one year ago) and should have been cleared was never done. I called again to see what happened and the staff is putting blame on anyone but themselves. I can't even place a formal complaint because they don't believe it's their fault and referred me to the "Supreme court." Wow. I guess this is what it's like to deal with government workers who have no responsibility or care for their jobs. Don't tell me you did something when you clearly didn't. I'm just glad I'll never live even remotely close to WV or drive through this part of town ever again. Please take your job seriously.
