ETA: Except I do have to hire someone else because obviously after sending 7 emails, a text, and 3 phone calls to the office...they don't want any more of my business.
I'm so disappointed. I would have put this man in the top 5 best people I've ever met in my life until this last week.
My dad, my brother and I have all given this office business but it's obvious that none of that means anything at this point. I feel blessed to have found someone else to help me through a very difficult time right now.

I could talk for the rest of my life and still not be able to say enough good things about this practice and the staff there. Amazingly knowledgeable, extremely effecient and competent, incredible compassion and empathy. You always feel like you matter and that you're a human and never a number. Michael goes over and beyond for his clients. I will never hire anyone else.
