The guys at Madison Service Center are nice, honest, and efficient. I am alway confident that they have my best interests in mind and are completing any service or repair to the highest of standards. Yes, they are busy and yes, you may need to wait for an appointment, but isn't good quality and peace of mind worth waiting for?! As long as I'm in the area, they have my business. And heck, if I move, I might even drive back! 🙂

I have had minor repairs, maintenance and new tires installed through MSC. Couldn't feel better about them. They are exactly what you would want from a local garage.

Caution but not related to my review: One of the pictures shows a Sunoco sign. They no longer are a Sunoco station.

I have been using these guys for nearly 20 yrs dating back to the former location. They are awesome and trustworthy.

They just saved me $700. I took my 3 year old car to the dealer for a regular checkup and got an estimate of $800-900 after paying for oil change, tire rotation, etc. Because the dealer's location is not convenient for me, I decided to take the car to Mad Svc Center who I've trusted for years. If something didn't need fixing, they would tell me. The charge was $100 as only one of the four items suggested to fix actually needed fixing. I essentially saved 90% by going back to my trusted mechanics.

Each owner is trustworthy and great to work with!!

The technicians at Madison Service Center don't ever gouge me or try to sell more work than is needed. Last week I came in with a vague description of a noise my car was making—the guys kindly drove the car, diagnosed the sound, and fixed the problem. It can be hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, and I am happy to have found such a good team.

Without a doubt the only mechanic I have ever used that I totally trusted. They did phenomenal work, were polite and professional, and were honest about what my vehicle did and did not need. I cannot recommend enough!
