Mammography and Ultrasound
Great experience. Carol the Radiology technician was wonderful. She did not like how one shot came out and so did another. Taking the time to get it right.
The Ultrasound Technician Kristen was terrific; very professional and caring.
This all matters. Our lives are in their hands.

I went to Madison radiology today to have my breast biopsy. Nurse Sara and Dr McArthur were absolutely amazing!!!! I didn’t feel any pain, we were chatting and having fun during the procedure as crazy as it sounds!!! They made me feel so comfortable and safe! Also ladies at the front desk… no words, so approachable, nice, polite…. I hope the rest of my medical journey wherever it takes me stays like this because this is 5star service ❤️ Thank you all!!!

Check your bills!!
I have always gone to Madison Radiology, but since it was sold I've had only problems with their billing. I have been twice and both times I have had billing issues. For my annual mammogram, they sent my insurance an out of network tax id (maybe from one of their other offices) and the wrong codes. For my second visit they never gave credit for my insurance discount. If you're not checking your bills against what your insurance covers, then you are being overcharged! I have told my Doctor not to refer me here anymore.

This was a great experience. I wish more medical offices were as well organized as this one. Randy called me to set up my appointment and was very friendly and thorough in her explanation of what I needed to do to prepare for the visit. The professional that did my CAT Scan was incredibly friendly and thorough about what to expect as well. I couldn't be more appreciative.
The only critique that I would make is to become linked to MyChart so I could get my results quicker.

This has to be the all time rudest front desk receptionist. Sorry, I know Dr. Jay is one of the best radiologists around but I had to leave because of the way I was spoken to by this woman. Good luck Dr. Jay with this one...
