I hired Lynn for a divorce in which two children were involved and the husband was abusive. She kept putting off even wanting to have the court date, tried to cancel the trial the day of and I had to go over her head and start shaking trees to even keep it that day. She never asked for temp orders or emergency child support despite an assurance during my consultation that I’d get those things. In fact, she has her paralegal doing everything and idk if the paralegal quit or what. But my husband intentionally didn’t show up for the trial and I was granted all I asked by default but because she didn’t file a return of service, he was granted a retrial. Then she lied and said she did file it but refused to provide proof and what I can see on public record confirms she never posted it. I asked her about this and cannot get an email back. She’s well aware of the dire situation at hand and children’s safety involved and I assure you this woman doesn’t care. Don’t waste your money.

In my experience Lynn is one of the best attorneys in the Austin area. She is very knowledgeable of family law, and worked extremely hard to accomplish the best outcome for my case. I would honestly give 0 stars if possible. Don’t expect good communication. Don’t expect her to call you the same name in court. Or advocate for you in anyway. You’ll absolutely waste your money with Lynn.
