I was very disappointed in Lynell. I don’t see none of the professionalism that I seen which made me contact her. Had appointment @10am 2/2/24 .she didn’t call until 10:08am. Not to apologize for her tardiness. She said I’m outside cant get in the gate . She was somewhere else. Which makes no sense and all she had to do gps the address. She never apologized for her unprofessionalism I canceled. I’m not paying nobody with this kind of behavior! Thinks it’s okay people call notary because of urgency for love ones and have deal with and her nonchalant is not acceptable. This supposed to be a business. I wasn’t going write nothing people needs to know the truth!I listened to the reviews and had entire different experiences. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY .

Ms. Holden was very kind and courteous. She was very patient. What was even more of a plus, with COVID-19 she practiced social distancing and when it was time for me to do my finger prints, she used individual finger print strips. I’ll definitely refer my friends and family to her and I’ll continue to use her services.
