Jonathan Lusk and his team aggressively defended me in a highly contested divorce where several false allegations were made against me by the other side. His gifted interrogatory skills coupled with his very amenable southern gentleman style, yielded a deposition that was a masterpiece. He extracted the important details without any hostility or looking to humiliate the opposing party (which could not be said of the opposing counsel), while masterfully leaving the opposing party no wiggle room to evade or misrepresent facts. Mr. Lusk handled my divorce years ago. He completely failed at explaining family law to me and really took advantage of my situation. His legal counsel ended up costing me so much money and was a really bad agreement that I’m still suffering from. I would not recommend anyone hire him for family law needs.
