I drop off larger packages I'm sending out here occasionally, the place always smells so nice and the lady working is very friendly. My only suggestion would be to have one of the doors open the opposite way, it's hard to pull the door open with a handful of packages.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. Everyone who works here is so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are great and my packages get where I need them to be on time, every time. Try it out, you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve had at least two issues with employees that have been verbally rude or apathetic. The first was when I blew out my knee and had to have someone get my package for me. The person at the counter was rude to the teenager I sent to retrieve my package saying that it had been there for three weeks and I owed $58 in fees. It had, in fact, been there 9 days and when I tried to show the employee she said ‘it seemed like three weeks’. She refused to look at my proof. I owed $36 and I paid that. She said several times that this is not a storage facility. Obviously.
Second is a perishable package that arrived a few days ago. I received no notification from the vendor, however, if a perishable package arrives, wouldn’t it be appropriate to let the customer know by a quick phone call? (I have a business less than a minute walk away). It’s not the employee’s fault I didn’t receive notification of delivery, but basic customer service would apply, one would think.
This is unfortunate as Luray is in desperate need of the ‘Hub’. It seems employees realize this and it makes them cocky.

It's not when everything goes smoothly that you can tell how good a business is! It's how they make things right when things go wrong! There was a problem with U-Haul's technology and they really helped to get things back on track! Awesome folks!
