My father and I had to add a POA and other estate planning documents because he’s turning 85 & his attorney from 2005, Steven Lulich, had passed away in 2023. Attorney Shannon Davis Norvig and the office staff made the entire process super easy and affordable. Everything was explained in clear terms, we were given expert advice on things and we both felt very comfortable. It was a great experience. She has done her homework and charts the best way ahead that might include several options, but she'll give you her recommendation(s). If you have a question regarding your case, she is quick to respond. She has expertise in several practice areas. When I had a few questions regarding estate planning, she was very knowledgeable regarding Florida law and was able to either confirm my views or enlighten my understanding of the topic I was concerned with. I've never felt she was just looking for billable time when interacting with me. You can tell a lot about a person by how they interact with their supporting staff. We met with Shannon to help us untangle and understand Florida real estate laws and we are 100% satisfied. She was professional, knowledgeable, personable and most importantly she was respectful of our legal concerns and privacy.
