Mr. James DiTommaso was instrumental in helping me solve several issues with an Illinois dealership on an out of state purchase. I purchased this vehicle from what I thought was a reputable dealership. I was also sold on the fact that is was a certified one owner auto with a clean fax. After my purchase, I had it inspected by a local dealer to find signs that it was involved in an accident. There were also items added to my purchase agreement that I declined, but was charged for. The dealership also failed in getting me the new title. James and his team took the case when other firms pushed me away. We were able to come to a settlement that helped me recoup my losses and assisted in getting the title. I highly recommend this firm and James.

I worked with Peter Lubin on a case involving dealer fraud regarding one of the McLarens I purchased this year. Peter was super communicative and even started the dialogue with me over a holiday weekend to get the details he needed to get the ball rolling on my case. He connected me with an expert witness to inspect the vehicle, had a report drafted, consolidated all of the ads and communications with the dealer, and put together a suit. This attorney at law is above the rest, in my opinion. In fact, he is my SUPER HERO. My case was difficult to find help because it crossed state lines and was a complaint about a used car dealership. Then along came Lubin law firm. I personally worked on this issue for a year, even to the point of taking used car dealership classes to find a way to right this wrong. Mr. Lubin Austermuehle is the best attorney ever born and despite the awkward last name. He worked really hard on my case, kept his fee reasonable and he won the case. He also explained to me that all the real reviews he has gotten were great. But the reviews that were not good were from people on the losing end of law suites and that is why those not legitimate reviews were not good. You will Love Lubin as I do. Wow, he was even emailing me information throughout the night. I was very impressed with everything about him in a very good way. Jeff
