HORRIBLE! I had an appointment at noon and didn’t see the doctor till 1:15pm because everyone went to lunch and forgot about me. A doctor came into the room and said she had no idea I was in there because everyone has gone to lunch and never told her. She asked me about my family history which was clearly written on the paperwork I filled out in the waiting room. The doctor wanted to get blood work done which I had already gotten a few weeks prior but said she needed new bloodwork to make sure there weren’t any mistakes. The doctor wouldn’t fill any Rx till I got my blood work done and made another appointment to come and get the results. I think I would be out of my mind to go back to this place.

Place has become complete trash. horrible nurse practitioners. especially ms. luminitha or whatever her name is. do not go here.
I saw someone wait so long that their ride left them. it took the patient hours. im not exxagerating. hours to see that crappy doctor luminitha

Dear and admired Dr. Loy, my husband and I have had the privilege of having you as our primary doctor for several years. Since your partner died ( 2020 )and changes occurred in your office, I must say that the service has declined greatly. Your old team was much more helpful and efficient.
But what affects us most is that, it is never possible to see you , every time we go it is the same, an assistant who only speaks English is the doctor who sees both my husband and me. My case is not that serious, I'm just going for routine exams but my husband does need your help. Do you still work there? Please, I don't know what internal changes there are with your new partner but your patients need you. Your patients need your knowlege and your experience and the sweet young lady (physician assistant) is not the professional we need.

Did my check up, went early morning, and my wait time was like 20 minute, better than I thought. I had worse at other office which was 2 hour. The PA was helpful, the prescription work 😀 my 1 month cough ended.

Horrible place! 12:20 appointment and my parents did not get to see the doctor till 1:45. It has been like that since they moved to the new office..
