Arriving was a little difficult since it is inside (Home Instead facility) as soon as I arrived I was greeted by Beth. She introduced herself and offered me water. I have to say she has amazing attitude and I wish I was greeted like this everywhere I go. She kindly asked me to wait for Jackie which she has great customer service as well. She fully explained the process and I was delighted. Compared to other places this place was extremely affordable. Thank you for having amazing service!!

First called in for info and spoke with Beth she had great customer service and answered all my questions as well as booked my appointment.

When I arrived 10mins early, Jackie took care of me right away. She was fast and efficient also super friendly!

Such a nice experience. From the time I walked in I was greeted immediately with a smile. They were very efficient and friendly. I was asked twice if I wanted water, such great customer service. I will recommend to anyone that needs a live scan service. I could just imagine how great there other services are because of this interaction in the office, top notch company.

I had such a pleasant and delightful experience with Ms. Jackie Baez. It was quick and her customer service was amazing! I was able to walk in and get them done. It wasn't expensive. She explained the process thoroughly and took her time to make sure my fingerprints were scanned correctly. I highly recommend this location if you are in need of fingerprint scans.
