The most recent case was a major freeway accident where a member of my family rear-ended a new Lincoln Continental on the freeway. Both cars were totaled. Complaints of injuries.

I won't bore you with the details, but I will tell you the outcome. Family member retained their license, and they were assessed with no points (!!) and our insurance company amazingly did not have to pay anything to the driver my family member hit.

I have to be honest, I didn't think it was a smart move to higher an attorney, I mean really to hand over some money that shoukd be mine. Anyway, I was referred to Rich ( Live Oak) it really was the best thing for me. Rich was actually concerned about myself and my family. He checked in and always inquired about my family.
