The VERY BEST REAL ESTATE LAWYER!!! I was recommended to Mrs. Linda Bal by a family friend who is a very good and experienced Real Estate Agent. I purchased the home I was renting, directly from the seller no Realtor involved. This was a lot of work but Linda along with my Lender made this experience wonderful!! To me and my family she was Mother Theresa, to the seller's attorney she was like a Shark from the TV show "shark tank"! I loved it!! She will honestly try to get you every dime that you deserve, will be on your side from start to end!! Extremely professional! I can’t say anything about the 1st comment left, everyone is afforded their opinion but I didn’t see any of this with Mrs. Linda Bal. Her staff was amazing and always answered all of my questions or concerns quickly and thoroughly. Always readily available. At closing I met her for the first time in person, the rest of the time was via email and phone. This is the 2nd property I have purchased, I can say that I have never had anyone work so hard for me or take the time to explain everything so carefully for me with anything!!! The work she does is just amazing!! SHE IS NOW our family’s attorney for All Real-estate matters and for IRS TAXES. Her husband and her also do taxes, husband worked for the IRS previously, both of them make a powerhouse team that will work for you to get every dollar that you worked hard for!
