I cannot express my gratitude enough for the willingness of Julie Levy and her staff to respond to getting in place on my behalf an extremely time sensitive emergency restraining order over a holiday week when it was nearly impossible to get in contact with anyone to assist or get new matters filed and executed. Julie and her firm took me on and quickly assisted in pulling together what was necessary for my protection. Their supportive attitude throughout the process and with the ensuing divorce proceedings helped greatly in my being able to see a light at the end of the tunnel. They kept me very informed, answered all my questions and helped calm my concerns. In turn, Zachary Carroll was called into service to walk me through the related processes regarding necessary changes to my estate planning that I also needed to address quickly due to unstable circumstances with my then spouse. It was genuinely a team effort. Julie was skilled in court and in the interplay with counsel for my then husband. She takes her responsibility as an officer of the court very seriously and is deeply involved in standing to assist others in a variety of court - related support functions, such as as an intermediary. I can without reservation commend and recommend Julie Levy and Zachary Carroll and their firm, Levy Carroll Law.

Julie and her team are incredible. I feel so well taken care of. Julie took the time to really listen and understand what I needed and what needed to be done regarding my custody case. After parting ways with Julie Levy due to being grossly disappointed by her actions/ decision (as my attorney). I found out threw a third party which was later confirmed by Julies email threads sent to me, My attorney was communicating/ giving legal advice to the opposing party. 2 days later she has the audacity to send me a bill with I quote
"JSL 0.20 70.00
350.00/hr
Email from opposing party; sent reply and forward to client."
Furthermore she did not send me the information about her communication with the opposing party until I confronted her about the situation.
For those who are not aware, lawyers are by law obligated to due what's in the best interest of their clients, I do not know who in their right mind would find it beneficial to give legal advise to the opposing party, not to mention at the expense of the client.
It appears like we are on our way to a separate court case of our own between Julie and I. I hope this information helps the next individual not end up on the same path I went down and am continuing to go down while doing business with Julies law firm.

I had huge medical debts and I was looking for a bankruptcy attorney. I set up an appointment to meet with Julie Levy, but never got to talk to her on the phone. When I met with her she stopped the meeting after about 45 minutes because she said she had a court appearance and had to leave. We never finished the review of my situation and I asked her to call me to follow up. Never called me back. Really felt like I was a pest to her and she had better things to do. Would not recommend.

The case: Ryan vs Renee. My mother's spouse used her POA to try to keep me away from my beloved mother, Edytha Ryan. Julie Levy was the attorney for my mother's spouse. The case resulted in Julie Levy requesting attorney's fees for her client. An OUTRAGEOUS $60,000 bill was submitted by Levy to my attorney, Mr. Wallace Frances; the judge denied her request. One can research what the fee should be for a TRO case. Levy WAS NOT my attorney, nor would I have hired her; I choose attorneys with morals, and who do not knowingly work with "monsters" for a paycheck. I received numerous E-mail threats from Levy, which I later found out was against the California State Bar Attorney Code of Conduct. This review is based on my legal interaction with Julie Levy in court in 2017 and 2018, as well as my interaction with her by E-mail, text message and voice, as detailed in my Blog. Levy's response below is a lie. She's a liar and a fraud. Don't take a chance on this one, you will regret it.

The help and support i received from Julie on my child support issues exceeded my expectaions. I was well informed, she kept me updated and followed through with everything. My entire experience was professional. In the end my final judgement was better than I'd hoped for, and I don't beleive I would have received that if I didn't have Julie.
