Wish I could rate this negative 5. This group is obviously funded by Special Interest groups, specifically a Landlord Interest group. They withheld information to my family and told us there was basically nothing we could do over an eviction, even though we did nothing wrong! We had been abused by a slumlord who refused to fix ANYTHING, when it came to our shower that was the final straw. Lo and behold Legal Services of Northern California had strung us along without letting us know other avenues avaliable and actually telling us that those avenues weren't available although we had asked.
Thankfully afterwards we spoke to an attorney who had Tenants Rights and Interests in mind. They also were angry and vindictive after we contacted a lawyer.

People need empathy for others. If someone was in my situation I know I would at the very least give them honest and unbiased information.

The lawyer I was given to help me get my name change. Minyoung Shin. Has been avoiding me ever since. Everytime I called her I heard nothing from her and immediately got a voice mail from her everytime. It's frustrating because the one time I need her she won't be available. The documents from the court never came back. And I need answers instead of being ignored. My review will not be getting updated or changed until I hear back from them.

Got my record expunged they hepled with the aplication, paperwork and fee's iv ubtainend years of college Experience & Education. Judge offed once I uptain my dagree contact him threw the courts, my major: Foreign Ambassador good luck hopefully this helps. Sometimes we have to go threw trail an error in order to know what life can bring tord the future. (Note: doing things that dont bring change is Retardation.)

Update: If/when you have full financial information appointment setting is quick and painless. Will see further updates as the process unfolds.

Love that they are quick to get in touch, but if you don’t know a specific number for your income they won’t help you. Extremely frustrating when you only have a limited amount of time to work on solving a problem.
