Mr. Jerry L. Paeth has been in Lafayette for awhile, he helped me get through some pretty tough times in the past. He will listen to you, then tell you straight up what you can or can't do. He also will work with you however long it takes, to get you on track! He knows his stuff!!!

This guy has no clue what is going on, he started work on bankruptcy when i was there for a divorce, he is absolutely clueless and was very unprofessional. The office was disgusting. He started going on about how it was cool that i made good money but how is he going to make money when i was asked him the next steps he would be taking if i took him on as my lawyer. He was in general very rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend at all.

I had a terrible experience. Jerry was impatient to hear what I wanted and was always late responding.
Jerry is very unprofessional, lazy and an emotional lawyer. If you retain him you will have the hardest time getting in contact with him, that's after you have retained him of course. His office was unorganized and nasty, papers almost covering the computer. An overall waste of money.
