Leah is an incredible realtor. We met her at an open house and were extremely impressed by her friendly nature, great communication, and thorough tour she provided us. She even whipped out an electric tape measure to understand if our furniture would fit in certain rooms! Once we started touring other homes with her, she was always honest and displayed great knowledge in bringing up things that my girlfriend and I as first time homebuyers wouldn’t consider. Ms. Berganie’s professionalism & savvy knowledge of the real estate market on the Peninsula is extraordinary in this writer’s opinion. She managed to market an older house in a desirable area and expertly was able to present the house in a manner that allowed the character of the house to appeal to different potential buyers. Her tireless work in showing the house was deeply appreciated.
