In California, I've been told, you can't evict someone without legal help. I'm glad LDA is here with that help without which I'd probably still be going through this quagmire. Angela made the whole process streamlined and made the whole process simple for me. If only California hasn't made the whole process such a nightmare that it took 7 months for a straight-forward none-contested case of late/none payment of rent and other blatant violations. Angela Jones from LDA Pro was amazing to work with. She assisted with an eviction for a non-paying tenant. Eviction was filed in early November 2022. Mid-February, the court finalized the eviction with a default. Through the whole process, Angela provided guidance and conservative timeframes. She was spot on to what to expect with the courts. Luckily, the tenant moved out before the writ of procession was issued.

I would highly recommend Angela for help with eviction in Sacramento area. Her rates are super reasonable for the quality service she provides. I feel she's more knowledgeable about Sacramento's eviction process than most attorneys. Also, she helped with filing a restraining order, which got the tenant to move out quicker.
