I had to call twice to get a call back and it took well over a week and half. If you are in need of an attorney right away this is not the service to call. I don't have a referral yet but will update this review once I do.

UPDATE: I received 2 call backs and eventually spoke with a supervisor. I didn't receive a referral because my issue requires receiving information from another source before that happens but I was given some helpful information. At this point, I am satisfied.

It's a rip off! You can just contact any of the lawyers yourself, they charge you 50.00 for nothing!
The lawyer I was referred to wanted a 20,000 dollar retainer!
They don't refer affordable lawyers, it's a waste of time and money!

I CALLED AND A MACHINE ANSWERED, I LEFT A MESSAGE ON A TUESDAY AND IS FRIDAY MORNING STILL WAITING. SO, I HAVE TO CALLED DIFFERENT LAW FIRMS TO FIND ONE THAT COULD HELP WITH MY CASE. A WAIST OF MY TIME FOR A 50.00 REFERRAL, I CALLED A LAW FIRM THE RECEPTIONIST ASK ME FOR SOME THE DETAILS TO GIVE TO THE LAWYER THAT ANALYZE AND SHE SAID THAT HE WOULD CALL ME ON MONDAY( TENANT vs LANDLORD). I HAVE TO GIVE THEM ONE STAR BUT THAT IS TO MUCH.
