Here is my experience with Lawrence and Associates:
As a former soldier and truck driver, hard work and loyalty are essential to my character. When I was injured in May, I approached my recovery with the belief that my employer had the best intentions to help me heal and return to full duty. However, the issues I faced while injured were anything but reassuring. When it became clear that my injuries were long-term and the road to recovery would be longer than expected, things started off smoothly but quickly turned difficult. As the timeline for my healing stretched on, the company began withholding payments and delaying necessary actions. I found myself doing everything I could to address these issues on my own, but that’s when I decided to reach out to Lawrence and Associates—a decision I am thankful for every day.
From the start, they provided a five-star experience, setting a new standard for what I expect from any law office in the future. The reception was always polite and prompt. Caleb took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring that my thoughts and concerns were heard and passed along to the attorneys when necessary. Mr. Crow was the best representation I could have asked for—always listening and having a plan to ensure I was understood and that my workers’ compensation and medical bills were taken care of. His dedication helped me feel at ease and confident that my issues would be resolved—and they were. Miss Facemire also played an important role, delivering the settlement check the same day it was issued.
I am incredibly grateful for the services provided by Lawrence and Associates, but most of all, for the exceptional care I received throughout the process. They turned a challenging time into an experience I didn’t have to face alone. This law firm is the best yet! I dealt with my case for almost 3 years. I was aware of every move made. When I tell you they fought for me that is a understatement they really do care about their client and I was fortunate to get two fighters ( Meagan and Shelby) and they did not let down until I was satisfied. I really thank them. I didn't feel rushed or pushed into anything it was my decision how it is suppose to be. I highly recommend them to anyone fighting a personal injury case because they will make sure you come out on top. I really enjoyed working with your team. When ever I had a question or concern one of the ladies would reply within 24 hours if not sooner.(Stella, Janet and Hannah) I meet Keegan when everything was settled and she was a very pleasant person and explained everything to me. I would recommend this firm for all your workers comp. claims.

This law firm is unreliable. While I was fighting for SSI, the lawyer representing me left the firm, and I didn’t hear from anyone for months. I constantly emailed them to request a new lawyer, only to receive an email from Nathan Mwezi, one of the legal assistants, apologizing for forgetting about me. Once Nathan took over my case, he didn’t ensure that it was progressing. I essentially had to act as my own lawyer, reminding him of tasks that needed to be done because the firm was behind. Eventually, I decided to leave for a different law firm because they consistently lied about my paperwork being complete, only for me to discover months later that additional information was still needed. This meant my case would have languished for even longer if I hadn’t hired new lawyers. Be careful about who you choose to represent you. I’m not saying to avoid this firm entirely, but if you do decide to hire them, you can’t say I didn’t warn you. Choose wisely!
