11/10! 10/26/24 I was in a head-on collision w/ negligent driver. Totaled car and my Harley. Open fractures in both legs and 4 breaks in my pelvis for 9 total. 3 days intubated, 11 in hospital, another 8 in rehab. 13 weeks in a wheelchair and years of recovery to go. I couldn’t have done it without Matt Roden.
I knew of Law Tigers from MotoAmerica & BMW Days @ Barber’s. I knew I wanted them immediately before even personally knowing Matt or Kerry just because of the way Law Tigers operates, I know they have to care for the Biker and their bikes. Kerry came and visited me in person in rehab. I didn’t have to just call or go online and fill out a questionnaire. He came and we talked, he ran me thru the usual gist, and basically told me that if / when I hired them, it was sign a few things and then just focus on getting better. Which is exactly how it went.
Every situation is different, but I was on a project bike, and didn’t have all my paperwork straightened out. They assured me it wasn’t an issue, it wasn’t. I wanted to buy my bike back and make sure it didn’t get scrapped, they made it happen. I moved to my mom’s NC with my fiancé & daughter, they would talk to my mom if needed because she was able to help a little more as I couldn’t walk. Matt updated me every time he had an update as soon as he had it. Didn’t bother me or make any problems my problems.
All in all it was a terrible reason to need a lawyer but a great reason to be near Law Tigers, especially this one. Matt Roden was wonderful and very professional, always timely and communicative. Will be coming back for any needs big or small in the future!

My son reached out the Law Tigers, the intake person, Kerry, was wonderful, caring, and generally was concerned for my sons well being. He was at the hospital in 20 minutes of our phone call. After Kerry left we felt comfortable letting them handle our case. Matt was assigned his case, his communication was very poor and sometime snarky in text messages to my son. He kept saying he was "investigating" and trying to see how to "approach the case". After the last snarky text, my son decided to go with another law firm. I had called our insurance company about getting billed for December and in talking with the claims manager, whom I had given this contact information to Kerry for the lawyer, she let me know no one ever called her from Law Tigers, there was no investigation. No one ever called the local police, no one that I gave them contact information was contacted by Matt. I am only putting this review out here to let people know how we were treated and to be aware. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone after our experience.

Respectfully, how can you give negative or positive feedback when you have not started an investigation and not talked to your client? You can't, Matt never went to see my son and never started an investigation. Everyone involved NEVER HEARD from him. It wasn't a slam dunk and Matt could not be bothered, good luck in your future cases.
