I'm beyond grateful for Ms. Sadler and her team. In a very stressful time in life, she was a great comfort and dealt with any 'trouble' on my behalf to the point that I didn't have to worry about it. I knew she had my best interest and the best interest of my children in mind at all times.

All communication with Ms. Sadler was direct and clear. In all communication, efficiency and efficacy were the goal - she always showed a great amount of respect for my time and financial resource - again, so relieved and grateful.

Ms. Sadler is always quick to handle and respond to any inquiries by myself or the opposing party. She very much took the burden of the legal aspects of divorce off my shoulders while maintaining amicable communication with the opposing party, further ensuring my peace of mind regarding future interactions with my ex. Tresa completely gave me and protected my peace of mind and for that she can never be paid enough.

Review for Tresa Sadler Law Offices

My experience with Tresa Sadler and her law office was deeply troubling. Over the 1.5 years I worked with her, I encountered what I believe to be unethical practices and unprofessional behavior.

Dishonest Communication: I felt misled throughout the entire process. Questions about my case were often met with threats to withdraw, rather than constructive dialogue. Instead of receiving support, I was met with condescension and hostility. I am working with the WSBA of Disciplinary Counsel regarding a grievance against a lawyer that has created more pain than peace of mind.

Aggressive Billing Practices: I observed a pattern of excessive billing for minor communications and time that did not match the hours quoted. I believe these practices were designed to inflate costs unnecessarily, ultimately resulting in over $120,000 in expenses.

Lack of Integrity: In my opinion, this firm prioritizes financial gain over client well-being. Their actions appeared to create additional issues rather than resolve them, prolonging the process and escalating costs.

Unprofessional Conduct: Ms. Sadler and her team were often defensive, argumentative, and degrading in their interactions. Instead of providing guidance during a difficult time, they seemed more focused on financial exploitation.

If you value your finances, time, and peace of mind, I strongly advise avoiding this law firm. The experience left me feeling drained, financially and emotionally, and I would never recommend their services.

She will twist every part of the process. She has trained her staff to scam every client that enters her office. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE -- she will do anything to get that $$$$$$. she will charge even when removing a color on an email like red to normal. It is insane and currently I am working with the Washington Bar to make sure she never does this anymore as a career

Tresa is an awesome attorney! She was recommended to me by a friend and I have recommended her to other friends. Tresa got me named as primary parent on our parenting plan and she got me child support! I would recommend her for any child custody case. She knew what the best situation was for my daughter and we got there. We started with a 50/50 agreement and my ex couldn’t make that work. I am extremely happy that I have my daughter all the time that I do and that is thanks to Tresa!

Tresa and her team are extremely knowledgeable, very responsive and have won for me every time in court. I first retained Tresa in 2021 and my ex has taken me to court at least 1-2 times per year since. Tresa won a contempt case against the mother, but more notably Tresa won a full trial to prevent child relocation. WA state relocation law favors the parent with more residential time and in my case that is the mother. I have a typical EOW and mid-week visit parenting plan. However, Tresa successfully won a full trial and prevented my ex from moving out of state with our child. Other attorneys told me I had a 10% chance to win just due to the law. Nonetheless, Tresa fought hard for me. She is absolutely fantastic and puts your wishes first. She’s extremely knowledgeable about family law and I would recommend her to anyone!

This should be the only review that you’ll need to read and I am going to speak very honestly about my experience in the Washington State family court system over the past two years.

Tresa and her entire team at Sadler Law Firm are the definition of counsel.
This custody case involving my two children was undoubtably the hardest thing I have ever been through in my life. I felt like I was stuck in the fight of my life with no end in sight just so I could be a good dad for my kids, the dad they need in their life.

After this tribulation I understand why some men give up and walk away. It can be too much at times, however I did not give up. I had a huge amount of support and an entire team backing me. Tresa, Karen and everyone at Sadler Law Firm took my case personally just as my own family did. They fought hard for what was right through out the entire process. Tresa is very smart and knows the law extremely well. It was, at times almost embarrassing for opposing counsel.

Over and over again I thought the walls were closing in on me and she was always there to offer advice or direction on how to proceed. Weekends, evenings, even while I was away at work using a satellite phone and a third party messaging application it did not matter. I always felt like my sometimes dumb and irrational questions were heard and answered.
Never once during this entire process did I question that I had made the wrong choice in hiring Tresa as my attorney.

Tresa was able to secure for my kids and I the time we deserve together, a fair child support amount and believe it or not court ordered visitation for my parents while I am out of state at work.

I say this without hesitation that Sadler Law Firm is the only choice in Western Washington when it comes to protecting your families future and being able to move on with your life from a miserable and exhausting situation.

When I first met Tresa, I was a tattered shell of a person, fighting to keep my little girl. My very first consultation, Mrs. Sadler looked at me and said " your daughter is now my daughter", and she fought like she was losing her own child. She answered all my questions in a timely manner and she never gave up on us or filled my head with false hope. She was honest and willing to think outside the box. Tresa and her whole team took me under their wing and helped me through the most difficult time in my life.
Tresa is dedicated, compassionate, and hard working. I was dealing with a criminal case ( not against me) and a custody case, all at the same time.
