After about 2 month long having to answer all of lawyers questions of what social security disability application. Judged my mom’s income and trying to make ends meet. Asked if my mom would like help after 2 month long answering question for the application but Refuse to take on my mother’s case. Did not care that she was in hardship or disability. Expected my mom to drive alone and sign papers with this as her arm. Disregarded that english is not her first language. Did not allow power of attorney or daughter being there to help her translate and sign papers. Probably assumed I wanted my mom’s money. No response/explanation. Refused to take on case due to “personal reasons”. Wished he would have helped and worker out. Not sure f he was having a bad day but it was messed up.

Mr.White is an amazing attorney, being 30 yrs of age I was scared if disability would even go through and Mr.White fought for me and kept me involved in my case every step of the way. If you get the chance to work with him he will make you feel like he is the only one he works with. I have many positive remarks about attorney Timothy White and his staff so this review will be long, but I hope it helps someone in need of great lawyer! Mr. White is a wonderful attorney and I have only positive things to say about him. If you want an attorney who is going to be honest with you, straightforward, and explain the disability process so you understand-Tim White is it! The entire process of applying for disability is daunting from beginning to end and a tough burden when you are already dealing with medical ailments. Mr. White and his staff help alleviate this burden, they are there for you, supporting you every step of the way! I have so much appreciation and gratitude towards him and his staff! If you want a lawyer who is professional, honest and straightforward, caring, and will be on your side, then Tim White is your guy! I also have to acknowledge his staff! In the past I have applied for disability benefits on my own and shortly after applying I was denied. With Mr. Timothy White's help I was able to go further with the application process. It has been a long and tiring process, but I am so grateful for his assistance and guidance. He has made the whole process easier for me to handle, especially during this rough period in my life. Mr. White and his office have shown me great patience. Overall, I am very pleased with how everything turned out.
