After getting in some trouble with the IRS, I found the Law Offices of Thomas Lynch while searching for the best qualified attorney. I was very impressed by his background and gave his office a call. It was the best experiences I have ever had with any attorney ! He, Mr. Lynch was very knowledgeable with all my tax problems and made it so easy for me to go on with a normal life, which not to many people have when dealing with the IRS. Mr. Lynch and his associates are probably one of the best bankruptcy lawyers around. Stay away from TV attorneys, there extremely expensive (you know who I mean) and from experience of my brother-in-law, didn't get everything wiped out.
I used Mr. Lynch about 18 years ago, and my wife had to use him a couple years ago. Mr Lynch's price is very good and together with his associates they get the job done properly.

After my mom retired her debt just got out of control, reduced income, high medical expenses. We didn't know what to do. LOTS of sleepless nights. A friend recommended Thomas Lynch, he did her bankruptcy. So glad we called. After our first meeting, we felt like a weight was lifted from our shoulders. He and his staff, especially his paralegal Julienne is so knowledgeable and so helpful, they made the entire process so easy and painless. And they fill out all the forms! and Julienne took time to review everything with us. Every step of the way they told us what to expect and what we needed to do. I'll tell all my friends if they need to file bankruptcy to come here.
I have to mention Rusty the dog (Yes! there is a dog in the office) he is just so adorable and so comforting, he's like a calming teddy bear.
