Having a small business can be very challenging especially when you have to be in survival-mode for an extended period of time so much so that you're one unexpected issue away from experiencing stress-induced paralysis. Recently, in a meeting with a regulatory agency and an opposing party regarding a dispute involving contracts and state regulations, I was simply instructed to comply with their requests. There was no opportunity to present my viewpoint. If this meeting had taken place a month ago, I may have simply yielded to the agency and accommodated the opposing party. However, with Roy Loving's representation, he made his presence and my rights (previously overlooked) known. And with his letter informing all parties of my rights and citing relevant law and cases, he compelled the agency to flip its position and comport with the law- the agency-initiated meeting was not the proper forum for the dispute. With that victory, my resolve to fight for my rights renewed. I was confident and assured that with Roy Loving's representation, I would obtain the best results possible.
