Place is nice... use to be a bank, though feels like I'm at the library.
People are friendly, and helpful. Although just getting started with my case. I'll give you feed back ones case is done. So far 5 stars, until it's not. Parking in the front and back.

I give them negative stars!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! They charged my wife so much money to help with her case and never gave her information but kept switching her from person to person and kept asking for same information. In the end I helped my wife with her work permit and many things that they never did. Wife payed more than 5000 for nothing. But they keep calling for money but never give results! Plus front desk lady is very rude and talks to people like she is above them. While you can see she comes from an immigrant family.

Luego cada vez que iva le daban una persona diferente y preguntaban por la misma informaccion. Yo le ayude a mi esposa para su permiso de trabajo y mas y eso que ella pago casi mas de 5000 dolares. Pero eso si hablan y hablan cobrando para nada. Ademas la señora enfrente es muy mala y les habla ala gente como que si es mejor que uno. Y eso que tiene cara de familia imigrante tambien. (perdon por mi español no es muy bueno en escritura jaja)

They just called us not long ago saying that we have to pay 1500 and the rest in payments even if we dont want their services and if we want to avoid legal issues and a lawsuit from them we need to pay. Yet they never really helped out but put an application in and I did the rest cause they never gave us answers. let me know if you guys got any good lawyers you gusy recommend me 🤷🏽‍♂️

Husband and I attended 2 consultations. They told us they were going to call us on 12/30
At 10am. We did not get a call back. I can only imagine working with them. Very inconsistent. If I may add the first consultation we attended the young man we spoke to pulls out a file and starts telling my husband he has a date to go to Juarez’s. My husband tells him this is not his. We explain to him it’s our first consultation . Turns out he was reading us someone’s else’s file. Like this is people’s information. Very unprofessional.

SO WEIRD. got a call from a rep INSISTING that we pay $250 before even meeting with an attorney. gave us almost no information and was pressuring us to hire the attorney. extremely unprofessional - good lawyers don’t do that.

I attended my first consultation and it went smoothly. After this I was scheduled for a phone appointment that I had to reschedule. When it was time for my rescheduled appointment I had to call them because it was 20 minutes passed my time. They never called me back, customer service kept on telling me that they were busy with other clients and this happened around 3 times. I was ready to hire them but they never showed interest in returning my calls.

Please save your money and go somewhere else. Any time you show up for an appointment, the people are confused and you will be waiting, waiting, and waiting. You call them and you get put on hold or transferred 5 times. Any time you talk to them about a request, for example I asked them to send copies of my file, no one ever gets back to you unless you hound them.
We ended up spending double the money because eventually we had to change lawyers because this law firm got us more and more into a mess. If you have a simple case, maybe this place is fine, but if you need a REAL lawyer, go somewhere else! if you are in need of the BEST lawyer in town, it is Mike Jarecki at Jarecki Law Group.
