In my experience working with Kirk Ranking Associates was quite pleasant. They took my personal injury case and handled everything. Bach-Yen Nguyen would regularly keep me up-to-date with the status of the case and would answer any and all questions that I have regarding how the case would go. I don't have much to say besides them being friendly, polite, and professional.

If I could rate 0 starts I would. 2019 I started a case with Mr. Rankin who I met with once. My case was then passed on and handled by "KATY" his paralegal. I can't explain the frustration of having to deal with her. Due to lack of communication and being able to help with clearing up questions I had to write Mr. Rankin to speak with him directly. Anyway, I sorta regret asking for better communication because Kirk was never around per Katy's instructions. I was promised multiple times a call back and never did I get contacted by Kirk then. 5 years after my case is still on their hands. Katy's answers became a one word answer, almost felt purposely. it's upsetting to trust your case and spend money on a law firm that acts kiddish. My marriage was failing and many times I was seeking for different resolutions and Katy's answer was "just stay married and endure as much possible". otherwise there's no other way for you, LIES! because there was at a different firm, Then I thought who is she to be giving legal advice anyway, I put it all together that it was personal because my cousin who also used this firm, gets holiday letters to this date to my home address for Christmas, new year, thanksgiving etc. I never got one nor did I need it but its just the acts of his staff that are noticeable. My cousins case has been resolved yrs ago so I always assumed it was correspondence for me but no. KATY dislikes me why would she send something nice right?
ANYWAY, before I was able to proceed with any steps I was demanded my payments, my wait time went from 1 year as katy said to a 1 yr and a half to now "It can take years 3-4'' or more "who knows" as she says - shouldn't the people representing me be able to have a more clear answer? Anyway - GO TO RODRIGUEZ LEGAL - SHE IS AWSOME WITH TONS OF HELP AND A HUGE TEAM THAT WILL HUNT YOU DOWN TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE UNDERSTANDING THE PROCESS AND ARE SUPER SUPER NICE.
